In honor of celebrating 300 years, we introduced a drink specialty named after Welsh colonist & original owner of the farmhouse, Simon Mathews. Inside the alluring hearth room or outside overlooking a peaceful, autumn oasis, The Bar at 1720 offers an unforgettable experience for all.
